Shipping in Italy: Free for orders over 59 EUR

Shipping costs are free for orders of EUR 59.00 or more (VAT included). For orders under EUR 59.00 (VAT included), shipping costs amount to EUR 6.90 (VAT included). Currently, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday deliveries are excluded. All products in the "Projects" category are shipped from a second warehouse, so adding any other items not related to this category will incur an additional EUR 6.90 shipping cost in the cart. All products in the "Plexiglass Cases by Federicstore" category are shipped from a second external warehouse with different delivery times, ranging from 3-10 business days, with additional shipping costs.

International Shipping

International shipping is available again! We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Hungary.

What happens if the carrier cannot deliver your package

If the carrier did not find you at home, they will attempt delivery again on the next business day. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to force majeure (non-existent address or absent recipient after multiple attempts), you will receive an email from BRT notifying you that your package is on hold and asking for your instructions. If you do not receive the email, do not worry: our customer service will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery attempt.

Change Delivery Address

You can change the delivery address only if the order is still awaiting payment or has not yet been processed, by contacting support via email or live chat. Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it will not be possible to change the address once the order has been processed or handed over to the carrier. Therefore, before submitting the order, make sure it is filled in correctly and is exactly where you want the package delivered!
