Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 5 of Legislative Decree No. 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by providing a VAT number in the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and subject to the provisions of the following point 2.

Return Policy

The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product. The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts - including packaging and any documentation and accessories. To limit damage to the original packaging, it is mandatory to place it in a second box. Under no circumstances should labels or adhesive tape be applied directly to the original product packaging. Shipping, until confirmed receipt at our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the customer. In the event of damage to the item during transport, federicstore.it will notify the customer so that they can promptly file a complaint against the carrier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the item. In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time. federicstore.it is in no way responsible for damage or theft/loss of items returned via uninsured shipments. The refund is normally processed within 4 weeks of the return, starting from the moment the package is delivered to the appointed carrier. The time calculated in this way takes into account the time required for us to receive the return from the appointed carrier, process the received return, and obtain clearance from the customer's bank, depending on the bank. The product return process can be initiated by sending a withdrawal request via email to info@federicstore.it, specifying the reason, bank details for the refund, and a copy of the order. Once the return is accepted, the customer will be notified and must return the goods at their own expense to the address provided by federicstore.it via email.
