The payment is temporarily held and released only after the transaction is confirmed, helping protect both buyers and sellers.

Buyer Protection is a service that helps you during purchases on C-Hub by supporting you if issues arise around the sale.

It’s not an insurance policy: it’s hands-on assistance from our team.

Yes, it’s applied automatically. In some cases it can be removed (for example with a subscription, with active sellers, or via specific promotions).

It includes support from the C-Hub team to help resolve issues related to a sale — whether the cause is within C-Hub or outside of it.

Is it insurance? Do you always refund? Refunds only if C-Hub is at fault

No: it’s a service, not an insurance policy.

If C-Hub makes a mistake, we will compensate. If the issue isn’t caused by us, we’ll still help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping is handled by the seller, using Sendcloud.

The seller must ship within 10 days. Delivery time depends on distance and the carrier.

Yes, but only in some cases. Options depend on the seller and destination.

Issues related to transport must be disputed with the shipping carrier — C-Hub is not responsible for carrier delays or transport damages.

That said, we’ll help you understand how to proceed and provide the right contacts to file a claim with the carrier.

Can I return a product? Depends on the seller and applicable law

C-Hub is a marketplace: each seller manages returns and refunds based on their legal status and the rules that apply.

If a specific case is legally required (e.g. mandatory withdrawal rights), it will be respected.

Usually not. Customized items follow specific rules and are often non-refundable. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing.

Return shipping is typically paid by the buyer.

If the issue was caused by the seller, the item price will be refunded (not the shipping cost). If the issue was caused by C-Hub, we will cover the relevant costs.

If the issue is the carrier’s responsibility, we’ll provide the contacts and guidance to file a claim with them.

Yes.

Upgrade: you switch immediately to the higher tier. Remaining time on the lower tier pauses and resumes after the higher tier period ends.

Downgrade: you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, then switch to the lower tier.
